In order to make your job as easy as possible, we’ve made our referral process as easy to action as possible. You can refer a client by following the steps below:
All you need to do is
Call or email us with the initial enquiry.
What we do
- On receipt of the referral, your client’s details are logged onto our system.
- Contact you to discuss the case in more detail
- Send a Welcome pack to the client introducing ourselves and services
- Collate relevant information
- Send you weekly updates via e-mail
- Contact you to agree final solution
- On completion we pay you the agreed split of fee
- In addition to keeping you and the client informed of the progress, the IFA Support Team also offers a helpdesk service to answer any questions or queries you might have.
